Our 30-Day Return WindowÂ
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
Eligibility for ReturnsÂ
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable ItemsÂ
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a ReturnÂ
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and, if your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send your item back before receiving this authorization.
Return ShippingÂ
ShopVortex LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

RefundsÂ
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- There is no restocking fee for any returns.
- You will receive the full purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
ExchangesÂ
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please initiate a return for the original item as described above. Once your return is processed and refunded, you can then place a new order for the desired item on our website, https://shopvortex.shop/.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsÂ
We meticulously inspect all orders before shipment, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@shopvortex.shop or +1 (980) 428-4713. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and work to send you a replacement or issue a full refund, along with covering any associated return shipping costs.
Order CancellationÂ
You may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet entered the shipping process. Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
